Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not permitted for any of our races. We strongly recommend purchasing race insurance at the time of entry, as this provides coverage for refunds.

Deferment Policy
We are pleased to offer you the flexibility to defer your entry to another race from our selection. We want you to have the opportunity to participate in our events at a time that works best for you. You must let us know before the race occurs. Also, partner races are excluded from this. Partner races include Spring Forward, Hot Cocoa Run, Rockin Breakfast Run, LH Triathlon, Project Purple Pretzel Run, and others.
- You may defer your entry to next year’s race.
- Alternatively, you can defer to any other race on our schedule within the next 10 months.
- Please note that if you have purchased insurance for your registration, deferment is not applicable.
- Deferments are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
- Each entry is eligible for only one deferment.
